The judiciary today permitted the conduct of investigations under the Money Laundering Act with respect to the Avant Garde Floating Armoury which is anchored at the Galle Harbour. Galle Chief Magistrate Nilupuli Lankapura granted this permission to the Criminal Investigations Department. The Galle Chief Magistrate did so after considering a request made by the Department
