Former Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman, its former Deputy Director and former Sports Director of Tharunnayata Hetak Organization have been summoned to appear before the Colombo High Court on January 21st. The Attorney General recently indicted Nalaka Godahewa and the two other individuals over an alleged financial fraud of five million rupees at the SEC.
