Owing to floods a part of Kadawatha highway closed
It is reported that the owing to heavy rains and flooding in the Colombo outer highway the entrance at Biyagama along the Kadawatha - Kottawa highway has been closed for traffic.
Hence those motorists have an alternate route along the highway.Instead of the Biyagama exit to take
the Athurgiriya intersection to proceed further.
