Five lorries that were transporting refuse tea from Kandy to Colombo have been seized. The Kadugannawa Police said that three lorries were seized last night while two others were seized earlier. The stock of refuse tea had been transported from the Udunuwara area in Kandy. Two lorries contained a stock that was to be exported.
