A house at Polpitiya area in Ginigathhena has sunk about six feet into the earth. The house was located above a tunnel of the Boardland power plant. People in the area have become agitated after the incident. Residents of 12 houses above the tunnel from Polpitiya to Kithulgala, Kalubotenna had been relocated to safe areas
