One person has died in a motor accident that took place in Avissawella. Seven were injured and hospitalized. A van which was plying from Ratnapura to Avissawella had veered off the roads in the Maadola area in Avissawella. The vehicle had thereafter crashed on to a house inflicting damages to the house.
