Minister Mahinda Amaraweera has said that ETCA will be signed without causing any disadvantage to the country. The Minister said that the final decision on every agreement is taken based on a Cabinet decision. In the meantime Deputy Minister Ajith P. Perera has said that Sri Lanka would agree to the conditions of ETCA only
