Minister S.B. Dissanayake has pointed out that measures will be taken to further uplift the living conditions of Samurdhi recipients granting them concessionary loan facilities. The Minister made this reference at a function organized for the opening of the Samurdhi Trade Exhibition organized by the Divi Neguma Development Department under the guidance of the Social
