ASP Ruwan Gunasekera says that a special security plan has been implemented for the protection of the public who arrive in cities during the festive season. He said this during the media briefing in Colombo. ASP Ruwan Gunasekera said that more Police Officers including personnel in civil clothing would be deployed during the festive season.
