The former President Mahinda Rajapaksa issuing a Christmas message had this to say:-
"At a time when all Christians are celebrating the birth of Jesus the Christmas ethics come to our minds.They are humbleness, unity with neighbours, misunderstandings, to reconcile , to compromise hostilities and unity within families.Above all celebrations what is important to engage in religious

The Jesus had a message to all human beings.Many people only see the faults of others and not their own faults.Some do not see the piece of wood in their own eyes but keep on commenting on the small dot in the eyes of others.Many always think that they are correct and others are wrong.In this aspect the message of Jesus is very appropriate.
