New President’s Secretary is Austin Fernando, Defence Secretary Waidyaratne, Army Commander Mahesh, Eastern Governor Bogollagama
Renowned Administrative Officer Austin Fernando is appointed as the new President’s Secretary. Kapila Waidyaratne is appointed as the Defence Secretary while Lt. General Mahesh Senanayake is the new Army Commander. They received their letters of appointment from President Maithripala Sirisena. Meanwhile, former Minister Rohitha Bogollagama took oaths as the new Governor of the Eastern Province.
