A suspect from Tamil Nadu who was videoing Army Camps in the North has been arrested. Police Media Spokesman SSP Ajith Rohana said that the suspect who had breached immigration and emigration regulations was under interrogation.
He mentioned that after the arrest the Police examined the video camera. It was revealed that there were scenes and photographs of military installations, military camps and the movement of soldiers.
SSP Ajith Rohana said the suspect was entrusted to the Terrorist Investigation Division. He had been brought to Colombo for further investigation. Investigations have revealed that TNA MPs had got down this person from Tamil Nadu. The Police Media Spokesman added that this persons is 20 years old and called Tamil Prabhakaran Manik.
