A talk to counter-attack former President Mahinda's son ....by former Chief Justice Shirani's son!

Sometime back former First Lady Mrs. Shiranthi Rajapaksa was summoned to come over to be questioned on a complaint lodged against her at the FCID after which former President's son MP Namal
Rajapaksa had interpreted it as an act of political revenge and had said, 'Let my mother stay in peace .... if you want, catch us .... don't bother our mother', thus uttering a sensitive statement.

When the Facebook ran this statement of Namal, son of former Chief Justice Shirani Bandaranayaka, Shavin Kariyawasam replied that members of his family were subjected to baseless allegations for two and a half years even without getting involved in any form of politics and became trapped in an issue which went beyond this at that time. He then states that making a statement on this occasion to win the mercy is not justified and even goes as far as questioning whether he could now sense this sorrow himself and ends up by asking that the equity of the law only be kept in mind.

Shaveen Kariyawasam is someone who is not connected to law and has pursued studies on the Cinematic Arts and is maintaining an establishment in that connection.

Gyan Chathurika to wed soon

It was only the other day the news of the love revolution between Tele drama actor Gyan and famous actress Chathurika was published in the local media. It was mentioned that Gyan had left his
wife and two small kids from his married life when he joined with Chathurika.
As his previous marriage was not legally registered Gyan’s argument was that it could not be challenged.
In the meantime Chathurika had registered her marriage with actor Roshan Pilapitiya and was planning to celebrate their wedding which was delayed as the house that was been constructed was not completed. The story of Chathurika deserting Roshan because of Gyan shocked many spreading the news in many circles including commercial fields. This incident even prompted a reputed international company for strength and energy to remove Chathurika from their advertising campaigns. The reason was that the authorities of the company did not want the popular commercial name of the company to get tarnished.
The latest information about Gyan and Chathurika is that they are preparing to get married. It is reported that the marriage is to take place very shortly.

Police tried to send these three extremely innocent people to gallows

Police tried to send these three extremely innocent people to gallows ....

DNA evidence also false

All 6 murders were committed by another

- Kahawatta defendants' lawyer

Attorney-at-Law Darshana Kuruppu who appeared on behalf of two of the defendants who were
proved not guilty and were thus acquitted of the charges of murdering a mother and daughter of Kotakethana, Kahawatta said after the verdict was pronounced that the police on purpose had filed an absolutely bogus story with the motive of sending these three absolutely innocent people to the gallows.

He also said that yesterday they were rewarded with justice. This is how the lawyer spoke about this:
"This has gone beyond the four halls of the court room. This is a court verdict which speaks of the justice and equity of this country and I brought even DNA evidence on behalf of the second and third defendants because of the belief that an absolutely false case has been filed. It was confirmed thereby that it was one and the same person who was connected to all murders of six females committed in Kotakethana area.

I called for evidence of telephone records of police officers who were connected to this inquiry. As such I proved that on the day these accused were taken into custody supposedly on October 1st 2012 all these officers were in Colombo and not at Kotakethana. Instead of arresting the genuine criminals, 3 absolutely innocent people were taken into custody after developing a terrible false case and in consequence the police officers tried to claim stars after sending those people to gallows and this was a case which exposed the nudity of the police. I also believe that the law would go into force against these officers".
