Japan has given Sri Lanka 38 Billion Yen as a development loan grant. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has agreed to provide the grant during discussions with President Maithripala Sirisena who attended a sideline meeting of G7 Summit. This loan grant has been given on a long term and on low interest rate basis. Japan
