Pointing out that the water levels of the Kalu, Gin and Nilwala Rivers have risen, the Irrigation Department has called on the people living in low lying areas to be extra cautious. The Department pointed out that a minor flood situation has surfaced in the Millakanda area of Kaluganga and the Baddegama area of Ginganga.
