22 year old apprehended while fleeing after raping his 16 year old girl friend
The officers of the Mahawa police station has arrested a youngster 22 year old who had been having a love affair with a 16 year old under aged school girl and raping her.
The guy had been arrested after he had fled and and produced before the Mahawa Magistrate's
courts .He had been ordered to be remanded until the 07th instant on the 04th instant.The person who was ordered to be imprisoned is a 22 year old a resident of Halmillewa,Mahawa.The 16 year old girl is still an under aged school girl had been ordered to undergo a medical examination at the Mahawa base hospital.
Police investigations had revealed that two had been involved in a love affair for some time.The suspect had been apprehended after the parents of the girl had complained to the Mahawa police station.It was subsequently that the suspect had been apprehended and produced before courts.
