An incident which occured at a Medical College known as Hexi in the Ganshu Province, Central China has already flared up the social media of China. 

The video below shows the quaint punishment meted out to male and female students who come late to attend her lectures. Those who used to report to classes were categorised into two groups as males and females by the lady teacher concerned and were asked to stand in a row near the entrance to the classroom and after making them stand in pairs were instructed to deal a slap to each of those
students which then was the finale of the punishment after which only they were permitted to enter the classroom. In order to check whether this punishment is properly carried out, this lady teacher was present there and if it is observed that her orders were not enforced the way she wants, she would ask that the action be repeated and would shout out ordering to slap with more force. 

After a complaint received by education authorities of that area they had rounded up the place at a moment when this punishment was in progress and she was taken into custody by the police and the authorities. The lady teacher by the name of Luping had later accepted her guilt to the offence and had tendered her apologies. As no such harassment was permitted according to laws of that country, Chinese media had reported that in the future she would be penalised. This is how the manner in which she had been engaging in punishing the students at the moment when the raid was conducted and how she was nabbed as publicized over social websites in China.
