Speaker Karu Jayasuriya has informed all Parliamentarians to refrain from making accusations and insulting members when participating in debates in the House. Making a special statement, the Speaker further called on the members to respect standing orders and safeguard Parliamentary traditions. The Speaker said that every member should limited their speeches to the particular topic.
