Minister Vajira Abeywardena says that the Government will issue certificates titled Unseen to the people who have gone missing. He said this during a meeting in Vavuniya. Minister Vajira Abeywardena said that earlier people had birth, marriage and death certificates. He said that a certificate of Unseen will be issued according to the LLRC report.
