Applications are being entertained for NVQ Three and Four level short term courses in Technological and Technical Colleges in the island. Anyone between the ages of 17 and 29 years can forward applications. All these courses are conducted free of charge. These activities are handled by the Technical Education and Training Department of the Ministry
