Numerous stories are circulating regarding teledrama actor Dasun Nishantha who committed suicide. While on one side, the reason for Dasun to get disgusted of his life was that teleactress informed him that she was leaving him and that his married wife had requested for a huge sum of money to ask for the divorce, all of
which turned out to be a hoax published by certain media. In any case, on inquiries made by us, what was revealed was that deceased Dasun who was someone who provided false information to newspapers about his background had gone to the extent of hiding information about his parents as well as his marriage. He has not divulged the fact even to his newly attached friends that he was married. It has been exposed that he had been covering the fact that he was a married man even to Shalani Tharaka.As such, Dasun had wanted to further the intimate relationship between them which he maintained from last January to till July, which was 7 months. In the meantime his married lover had continuously inquired about this and it was revealed that it was with the motive of abandoning that association. However, when she had got together with Dasun's mother, Shalani finally came to know about the true circumstances of the lies he had woven upto that time. It was when such information came into her ears that Shalani has told Dasun's married partner the statements "I am now with him ... we are associating each other with the intention of marrying!" which were of course turbulent words in her ears. Whatever it is, when opposition sprang up from Dasun's wife and on the part of his mother, Shalani had dropped the idea of possessing Dasun any further; but had thought twice or thrice of doing so. Leaving a comment in her Facebook Account on July 19th mentioning 'feeling lost', she had gone on to record the statement "Can people make deceptions like this and live in falsehood?"
Two days after, on the 17th she has inserted the words 'Himi nethi pemakata ikibinda hendumata sitha mage bolanda wela' from that popular song as never before in the Facebook ... expressing her sorrow. A date close to that day she has made a statement on July 26th that "No ... no, I am now not a lover ... I have loved. Love, at some points is of course separation. There had been separation even in the middle of love stories which had ended in marriage. Anybody who has loved, has tasted separation. As such I think that separation too is a taste ...".
