Continuous disciplinary inquiries are in progress against 11 officials including two Additional Secretaries of the Education Ministry with respect to the death of a School Principal during a leadership training programme. The disciplinary inquiry is being carried out on the instructions of Education Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam. A statement issued by the Education Ministry said
