Measures have been taken to sort out issues confronted by the civilians of Nedunkerni who were seriously impacted by terrorism. The discussion to address the problems of the Nedunkerni polity was held at the Nedunkerni Divisional Secretariat. The people were given an opportunity to directly present their problems to Government officials and secure solutions. State officials representing all public institutions in the area joined in these deliberations. It was organized with the aim of passing on the benefits of the massive development launched by the Government on behalf of the people who were severely affected by terrorism. Parliamentarian Unais Farook and Northern Provincial Councillor V. Jayatilake were present at this discussion.
