The 158 roomed hotel has many new features. It has the restaurant and swimming pool
which are located at the highest elevation in Colombo. All rooms of the hotel has the view of the sea. Uva Provincial Council Chief Minister Shashendra Rajapaksa, Chairman Ozo – Bob Kundanmal, CEO Onyx Hospitality Group Peter Henley and Chairperson Nege Pone were present on the occasion. The group has built two hotels in Kandy and Galle. Ozo Colombo believes that building of hotels would have a positive impact on the tourism industry and the economy of the country. The number of tourists arriving in the country are increasing daily. Many projects are implemented at present to provide them with necessary facilities.
