An individual has scaled a telecommunications tower in Debarawewa, Tissamaharama and is engaging in a protest atop the structure. The Police states, that the individual sneaked into the area where the telecommunications tower is found in the early hours in the morning and climbed atop the structure. The individual is claimed to be a former army personnel
