Disabled war heroes assisted by Buddhist Monks to Adams Peak
On the 26th night a rare incident was reported from Nallthamby area on route to Adams Peak ,A group army soldiers who were in the forefront in the battlefield during the LTTE war and were
crippled had been helped by a group of Buddhist Monks to climb Adams Peak.Twenty five disabled war heroes from the Ragama Ranaviru Sevana and in Anuradhapura and Kurunegala Ranaviru sevana institutions had been taken on a pilgrimage to worship Adams Peak.
