Today is the 12th death anniversary of Gamini Fonseka, widely regarded as the King of the Sri Lankan cinema. The services he had contributed to the Sinhala cinema are priceless. Gamini Fonseka was born in Dehiwala on 21st March in the year 1936. He was a veteran film actor as well as a film director.
