Former Deputy Minister Vinayagamurthi Muralitharan alias Karuna Amman has been remanded over the misuse of a bullet proof vehicle of the Presidential Secretariat worth 90 million rupees. The Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court today said that the decision whether he should or not be enlarged bail would be announced on the 05th of this month.
