Vice President of the Sri Lanka Telecom Manpower Union M.S. Mangala said to have gone missing has been found and directed to the Kalubowila Judicial Medical Officer. In a statement to the Ingiriya Police, he said that he was dropped off by a van. He has been entrusted to the Maharagama Police for further investigations.
