The 17 suspects who were arrested while transporting 110 kilogrammes of heroin to Sri Lanka and remanded have been further remanded until the 04th of next month. They were further remanded after being produced before the Colombo Fort Magistrate and Additional District judge Lanka Jayaratne. The suspects were taken into custody during a joint operation
