A five member panel of judges of the Supreme Court has been appointed to examine the petition filed by Geetha Kumarasinghe challenging the ruling given by the Appeals Court that she is not qualified to serve as a Parliamentarian. The petition will be examined by a panel of judges headed by Chief Justice Priyasath Depp.
