The 81st Birth Anniversary of Lalith Athulathmudali falls today. Mr. Lalith Athulathmudali who had his education at the Royal College Colombo, later entered Oxford University in England to study Law and became the President of Oxford Union in 1958. He brought honor to the country by becoming the first Asian to hold that portfolio. He
