Two houses have been destroyed completely due to strong winds
at Poddala in Galle. 20 houses have been damaged partially due to the winds that blew yesterday morning. Several building of the Meepawala / Amarasuriya Vidyalaya have also been damaged. Our reporter said that no lost lives have been reported. Officials of the Galle Disaster Management Centre have inspected the damages.
