Several luxury bus services are in operation at present. They are in operation on Southern Expressway from Matara to Maharagama and Maharagama to Galle and on the Colombo Katunayake Expressway. Sri Lanka Transport Board said that three new luxury bus services will be launched on the 18th of this month. The bus services will be operated between Colombo – Arugambay, Colombo – Pasikudah and Colombo – Badulla. The luxury bus services to Arugambay and Pasikudah will leave Pettah Central Bus Stand at 9.00 a.m. The service between Colombo and Badulla will be a night service. Those buses will leave Pettah Central Bus Stand at 11.00 p.m. to Badulla.
