Two Agreements have been inked with the involvement of visiting Vietnamese Minister of Public Security General Tran Dai Quang.
The Vietnamese Public Security Minister signed these agreements this morning. The Agreement related to the exchange of prisoners who had been penalized was signed by the Vietnamese Minister and Minister Rauff Hakeem. The agreement concerning extradition was inked by the Vietnamese Minister for Public Security and Secretary to the Ministry of Law and Order Nanda Mallawarachchi.
Inspector General of Police N.K. Ilangakoon was among those present on the occasion.
