A Special Committee has been appointed to probe the Police attack on the HNDA students. The Committee has been appointed on the orders of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe. The Police Commission has also appointed a three-member Committee. Minister Thilak Marapone is scheduled to make a special statement in Parliament tomorrow with respect to the incident.
