School van drivers will display black flags, starting from today (1st), on their vehicles in protest and calling for amendments to the budget, according to the Children’s School Van Association. The protest that is occurring nationally is also joined by the Southern Province Public Schools Transportation Service Union. Thus, its was observed that certain buses have been sporting black flags.
