More than 6000 kilogrammes of refuse tea has been seized from the Maddewela area at Ethkandura in Baddegama. The stock was seized by sleuths of the Special Task Force. The refuse tea was taken into custody from a tea factory that was operating sans a permit. The raid was carried out following a tip off
