The Navy has taken into custody 20 Indian fishermen who were fishing in Sri Lankan waters. The Navy said that they were arrested at Silaawathura, Arippu area in Mannar. The fishermen has said that they are residents of Thuuthukudi in Tamil Nadu. They have engaged illegally in fishing using multiday trawlers violating Sri Lankan maritime
