One person was killed in an accident that occurred at Welimaluwa area in Ratnapura. Three more persons were admitted to the Ratnapura Hospital with serious injuries. The accident happened when a three wheeler collided head on with an oil bowser. The three wheeler driver died on the spot. Three passengers who sustained injuries are undergoing
