Former Eastern Province Chief Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias Pillayan has been re-remanded. Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan was produced in the Batticaloa Magistrate’s Court today. Magistrate M. Ganesharaja ordered him to be further remanded until the 11th of next month. He has been arrested over the murder of former TNA Parliamentarian Joseph Pararajasingham.
