The second programme of the Mobile Service “Nila Mehewara” in the Polonnaruwa District was held today at the Hingurakgoda Divisional Secretariat premises. The first programme of the mobile service took place at Medirigiriya Divisional Secretariat. The second programme at Hingurakgoda Divisional Secretariat commenced yesterday. A large number of people have attended the mobile service today.
