A Sri Lankan delegation is scheduled to leave for India tomorrow to participate in an initial discussion at official level on the fisheries issue. Representatives of the two countries are already engaged in talks to sort out the issue at diplomatic level on the straying of Indian fishermen into Sri Lankan waters for illegal fishing.
