The Motor Traffic Department says that all passenger bus drivers must possess a special driving certificate issued after a special training provided by the Department. It is effective from the 01st of June. Motor Traffic Department Commissioner General Jagath Chandrasiri said possession of this certificate is mandatory along with the driving license.
