The owner of the building which collapsed in Wellawatta, has been remanded until Friday. Two people died when a building in Wellawatta collapsed on Thursday. 21 people were injured in the incident. The Colombo Municipal Council said that correct procedures have not been followed when renovating the building. The owner of the building was arrested
