Steps have been taken to develop Nikaweratiya hospital. Deputy Ministers Faizal Cassim and Indika Bandaranayaka made an inspection tour of the Nikaweratiya Base Hospital recently. They inspected all divisions including outpatients department, emergency treatment unit, operating theater and the paediatric unit. They held discussions about problems including problems related to the workers of the hospital.
