Veteran and Senior Radio Journalist Bertie Galahitiyawa has passed away. Mr. Bertie Galahitiya who was born in 1937, was 80 years at the time of his demise. He joined the radio as a relief announcer and considered to have set many examples for the radio media. He was popularly known as a senior news caster.
