The 12th General Meeting of Asian Parliamentary Association on development and population was held for the 2nd day today at the BMICH in Colombo. The meeting was conducted based on several points including gender equality and women’s empowerment. The aim of the meeting is to broaden understanding and knowledge about the countries in the region.
