The Northern Province programme of the National Food Production battle commenced under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena. The Northern Province programme of the National Food Production programme was held at Puththur, Nilawari area. Marking the event the President distributed food and fruit crops among the farmers. Providing of seeds to 4,000 members of women’s
