Western Provincial Councillor Prasanna Sanjeewa, arrested on the charge of assaulting a group of doctors at the Darga Town hospital, has been released on bail. He was released on a 5,000 rupee cash bail and two surety bails of 500,000 rupees each. Western Provincial Council member Prasanna Sanjeewa was arrested on Saturday following a complaint
